Private message problem

I'm trying to reply to a PM

All seems well but the PM doesn't show up under my sent items and my sent items is at zero now with all previous sent items gone.

When I try to send a new PM, that doesn't show up under sent either.

Anyone had this issue??

when you send a message, you have to click to box at the bottom to copy in your sent box

I have never checked any boxes and I can still find mine. I do have to click on a button to see them though.
