Muncie M20 M21 M22 Speedo Bullet Retainer Bolt "Anchor" Head Mark
Assembly line Bolt with lock washer that holds the retainer for the Speedo bullet unit.
One on the right went on my own car. The bolt on the left is available for $15 USD plus $3.50 Shipping. Many of these bolts are replaced by a generic non assembly one like the sample shows in the photo.
