RESTORED SMOG PUMP WITH NEW WHITE FAN HAS NO DATE ON CURVED BOSS NO SURE IF THIS WAS A SERVICE REPLACMENT ? $275.00

Is it more or less common to restore these pumps
so they dont pump anything ???
