1969 Manual Steering Box
I have an extra manual steering box. Part number is 5679142. It was cast on the 211th day and machined the 225th day of 1968 which would be around the middle of August.......good for an early built car.
It turns end to end but gets a little tight about halfway. A perfect core to be rebuilt. $60 Thanks SYC, Kurt

I have another one of these manual steering boxes for sale.
It's dated 1499 or 1509 which is May 29th/May 30th of 1969. It turns freely and works well. I can post pictures tomorrow. I'm asking $120 +shipping for that one. Thanks, Kurt
