Based on this post where the OP states that "9293" is stamped in his mat, i would concur that it is an NOS or original at least. My reason for saying NOS is that the spare hold down is not cut out. http://www.camaros.org/forum/index.p...9638#msg119638

It *looks* original from your photos, but could you take a higher resolution photo of the front side and the back side and post them (doesn't have to be a large area, just collect the patterns in detail). Does it have an ink/paint stamped PN on the rear?
