Looks similar to one of the dual quad hats from a '57 Chrysler 300 as pic below?

Bottom side crankcase vent pipe spout or whatever it is looks correct too.

great info thanks. I was faitly sure it was FI i just didnt know which year or model . It has the balance tube hose fitting on it and the outlet for the ac hose just like most other fis do. I purchased this in a collection of chevy and pontiac fi units 20 years ago so it makes sense .
