Hi Charlie, I dont think I ever said refurbished, I indicated 'used' on ebay to cover myself from a shelf wear perspective. Maybe I should have indicated new. They are NOS, and came out of individual wrappers. Only thing worth saving was the paper in the back of 2 of the caps. The ebay ad promotion expired on all my ebay ads.

maybe. These are not refurbished. Never been on a car, never restored. I may have wrote too much in my original ebay ad, that confused some (saying that restored ones look more shiney, more chrome plating, etc) which would not suprise me. I am trying to write less anymore, seems to help sell, rely on a phone call from now on.
