There is One and only One reproduction Chambered system worth considering .... the offering by
Al Colvin ....C & C Reproductions circa 1987-90. Although these are done in S/S , They were off the Original GM Blue prints issued to 2 suppliers. One of which was WALKER EXHAUST.
These C & C Components were nearly undetectable other than the material ... I'm not sure how many sets were made. He built both BB & SB set ups with the head pipes being the only difference. The hardware and hangers were spot on too...
Myself and a friend were original investors and we each got the first sets available... mine for a SB Z/28 , his for a BB YENKO . (mine is still with me, under the car,,,, never been fired up yet)

maybe someone has a set mothballed ....
Tom

Update , The system discussed here, has been sold for use on a very deserving 69 Z/28.......
Price was north of $4,000 for those who asked and inquired.

Thanks to all with info and input in getting the facts aligned.

I don't believe any factory installed chambered exhaust system (NC8) had chrome tips. Don't know about service replacements however. Are the pick tags attached? Please PM with details of other related parts.

Eddie's is the transverse muffler style exhaust rather than the chambered system I'm looking for. Here is the link to the classifed posting:

The C&C chambered systems did have the CC logo stamped on the hangers so it is easy to verify they are not GM.

It will be coming out when I start the restoration. And yes, it does say C&C on the hangers. I guess I was one of the original investors also, as I got the system for half price ($400?).
