Wish I could say...but Leno asked us not to tell. Price paid indicates that collectors are beginning to realize the true value of the Stingers as the first Yenko modified car and the only Yenko cars with significant race history.

Without knowing the figure, how do we really know Jay paid what you consider a "significant price" for the car?

In this case, you will have to take my word on it...or not, as you choose.As to " significant race history " of Stingers, that was accomplished over many seasons, not just one or two. Even today, several Stingers race quite sucessfully in Vintage Racing

Through out the years Yenko Camaros, Novas, and Chevelles have done quite well on the drag strip, several discussed on here. A handful still race today. This success, and exposure, past and present, is what has driven the Yenko market.
