It's used, but aside from a little storage dirt it's about as close to NOS as any I have seen. The pebble grain is perfect, no cuts, no gouges, no problems. Removed from a low milage car early in life and has been stored inside for decades. You won't find a nicer one!

Not sure exactly, was probably just a batch code, I've seen other numbers and even letters on them in this spot on the back. The important thing is that it has something there... a reproduction wheel doesn't have these markings. (Among several other incorrect details)
