It has the FORD "Caution Fan" sticker, that always rings a bell...

I give up on the Caution Fan sticker and upside down/inside out cowl seals. Our Chevy Club drove for Mecum Houston and the number of nice cars that lacked detail was unreal.

----Well, for one thing, the color is way off. Look at the pic of the door-jamb and you can see the correct color where the corner of the sticker is missing. Looks like Pontiac Tiger gold almost. Also,,,If the interior shots are not compromised somehow the interior appears to be a hodge-podge of different tans......Bill S

Hmmm, well, I think it's odd that someone would advertise to sell a vehicle and it seems that nowhere in the ad does it mention anything about it being an SS car, when the pictures clearly show an SS car. Wouldn't you want to promote a feature like that on a car to try to get the most attention??? It makes you wonder about it's authenticity. I agree, the $1 thing is weird. I'll buy that for a dollar. I do like the statement in the 1970 fun facts thing: "In 1965, Chevrolet only produced 201 of their Chevelle 398s.". I'll have to look that up in Chevy by the Numbers. What chapter talks about the 398s???
