Default Is this a correct L78/L72 fuel block?

I couldn't post these pics in Tom's want add so I posted them here.
Do the "W" stamps stand for "Weatherhead"?

Hi Don,
Yes that's what it looks like and yes the W does stand for weatherhead. The 69 L89 Chevelle I have @ my shop built in August 69 has that style fuel block and brace.
