Bottom of Fender tag has the required wording saying the car meets ALL Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards .....
would that be there with no FEDERALY REQUIRED HEATER/DEFROSTER installed. !!! Neat car though just the same and hopefully who ever ends up with it will do it justice

I thought the heater could be deleted? I know some Hawaiian cars didn't have heaters.
And isn't COPO a Chevy term and not a GM term?
