James Ross the eBay NOS parts counterfiter...

Has anyone personally dealt with this guy? He operates on eBay under the names "rossfatboy" and "camarossyard". This guy buys reproduction parts and sell them as NOS. That's not even the best part. He actually photo copies original GM tags and makes his own counterfeit GM boxes by photo copying originals. To top it all off, their are absolutely terrible photo copy attempts. I'll post some photos shortly. This is ridicules.

The seller in the two threads above is selling reproduction parts as "NOS" as well.

Yes, i have had dealing with the guy and have been ripped off on 2 package trays - first for repop with stamped part number and 2, they showed up damaged due to shipping issues and he refused to file any claims or make it right.....

OK, Tommy, we know what original dimple dust caps go for, he said he has NOS ones for 100.00 or less....no way possible as we know.

I reported the guy to ebay with no help - he also uses another ID as well - but you can see its from Bessimier City or something like this. He also will not give out his phone number if you ask to call him. Lets try another part he has....NOS rear bumper for 150.00 sure!!!

i have been after him for 1 yr to make right the package trays to no avail.

STAY away is all i can say....we need guido to go make a visit for all of us!

I was also ripped off on a "NOS" package tray quite a while back by him. I filed a PayPal claim and they gave me a $200 certificate. I was only out about $150 on the package tray.

Hi Lynno, thanks for inviting me to tell my story. Doesn't sound like I have been bit as hard as some, but did get taken on air vent balls passed off as NOS along with seat adjustment knobs. I plan to show up in a 85 Camary with a moon roof, 30 round clip and AR15 along with some mad dog and teach this guy a lesson. Only kidding of course, but sounds fun. I have also complained to eBay, but apparently they have there hands full besides they do not know or care what NOS means. The bottom line is this guy has to live with himself. In the end that is punishment. Thanks to all letting me know so I do not make another mistake with this crook. GK

I'm with Charley since I noticed one of his old seller names was mid-georgia_camaro. I am in mid Georgia on the west border but you never know.
