I guess my only thought here isn't political, but from a observational stand point. Why did they tape him up so high, if the intent was to pee on him?

In reading the article, I don't know any bikers who use words like preposterous, and inclusivness. Actually, I don't know any bikers who would have had anything thrown on them, and not beat the guy bloody, kicked him a few times, then peed on him, while he's on the ground bleeding.
