What would a 5458008 4-piston caliper be from? I have a complete 67-68 4-piston brake set-up, minus the master cylinder and one of the calipers has that number on it.
I haven't checked the number on the other. |

John,
I have a set from the same car dated 250 and 319. Let me know if that is close enough for you. Gregg 760-802-9376 |

I have a set as well. I can check the dates but I know at least one is later. I will check. FYI, it is my understanding that these calipers can be months before the actual build of the car and that each caliper may be much earlier or later than the other.

You are correct on the way early dates. My 68z is a 12d car and one caliper is date 188 and the other is dated 256.What do you have? I am going to purchase a set from Greg, but I am still interested in yours. Thanks John
