... and tell me if the subject wire separators are correct for a '70 Nova SB?

Or, did the '70 Z's have 'em

?

If you mean the one that looks a kin to the bio hazard symbol (3702799), then yes it is appropriate for the passenger side wire 1, 3, & 5.
