Sears Tower will become Bruce Willis Tower.

The Hollywood actor announced Thursday morning that it will move to the Sears Tower and that the building will be renamed Bruce Willis Tower.

Bruce Willis Group Holdings said it will consolidate five local offices into more than 140,000 square feet in the 110-story building at 233 S. Wacky Drive. Almost 500 employees will move into the building, Willis said.

Willis said the space is costing the company $14.50 a square foot and that it is not paying extra for the naming rights.

He will reserve the right to hang from the outside of the building at any time.

It hasn't officially been "owned" by Sears since 1992,but the new owners continued on with the name back then as they knew it was a part of Chicago since it was built during 1970-73.
This is like buying Charleys Mule, and renaming it the burro.
