FYI: I know a few here like the nostalgic gassers and maybe 1 or 2 who like the old boat anchor cars. There is an event planned at Thompson Raceway Park in Ohio June 5-6-7 that will feature both. I don't know how many gassers are registered but according to the 348-409 web site http://www.348-409.com/forum/showthread.php?t=15892 there are over 20 409 cars registered so far. They're under IHRA rules and it will be on index brackets, heads up.
Here's the link to the track. http://www.thompsonracewaypark.com/i...&Itemid=54 Could be big??? I'm SURE not everyone who's going with a 409 car has registered on the 348-409 web site ![]() Verne ![]() |
