It may very well be genuine but I've seen that same ad posted on a bunch of different sites but the location has said Toronto, Calgary, Winnipeg, Detroit etc so may be someone just fishing for a deposit?.
Again it may be a real deal but whenever the same ad is posted on Kijiji or other sites in different citys but clicking the show other postings by the same guy doesn't bring them up, things seem suspicous?.
