I have 4 original D.O.T. stamped Goodyear Polyglas F70-15's.
These are 4 ply custom widetreads (2 Polyester Cords + 2 Fiberglass Cords). These I believe were used on 68-72 Corvette's, and they each have at least 90% tread left, I am offering them here for $1200, if not sold in a week, I will put them on ebay. Call 717-734-3010 or email:[email protected] |

![]() 69L78, 1968 & 1969(except VERY late cars) did not have a white lettered tire available. 1970 thru '72 used them. However the tires you picture are not the ones used on Corvettes. For goodyear tires, they were marked Wide Tread F 70 15 Goodyear in white letters. I suspect the tires you show are either '69 Z28 or COPO camaro.

I just talked with Kelsey Tire and they told me they were originally used on B body cars the first half of 69, on GM mid size cars like the 71 Chevelle SS, and for a warranty replacement for the 68-72 Corvette because they were more readily available, and also he did suspect that they were used for a replacement warranty on the Z/28, because they were more readily available than the E70-15. I am no expert, so here is the phone # for Kelsey Tire. 800-325-0091

I've had good luck with Kelsey, but I wouldn't use them as my application guide......
