Default Looking for input on the newer "Supercars"

Hi all. I would like to know what everyone thinks of the newer Supercars, ie the GMMG Inc converted cars. I have seen alot up for sale lately and was wondering if anyone has one, knows someone who has one and could share their thoughts and inputs on them. I am contemplating the purchase of the one of Carl Black Blackbird T/As. Worth it? yes, no, comments.........thanks

Several members here own GMMG cars including myself. They were built in the same spirit as the early great ones. Namely, to ratchet more HP then the factory offered.

If you really like the Blackbirds, by all means get one and enjoy it.

We have a 2002 Berger SS Camaro 380hp/6spd convertible. The car is awesome to drive and runs great. I don't know if these will ever have the value of the original COPO type cars but they certainly have the power and good looks. They truly represent the end of an era for Camaro and Firebird lovers. I visited Matt Murphy's shop last year and saw how they build the cars, impressive! Buy it, drive it, enjoy it...

I don't know what more that I could add that Craig and wilma hasn't said above.

We too certainly enjoy ours.

I don't have one personally, but I do have an 99' LS1 Camaro SS and man does it have the power . I can only imagine what the phase III ZL1s are like. I know one thing though, if you take the catback and manifolds off of any ls1 car and swap to full length headers and true dual exhaust, you'll be amazed. I sure was
