Default Musclecar Review "replacement"

Has anybody received any contact regarding a credit, or, replacement with another magazine for the balance of a subscription?

I received "Hot Rod" as a replacement. Not a good substitute in my mind.

There was a phone # posted on Team Chevelle for refunds a few months ago. The search on their site is down, otherwise I'd dig the number up for you. I had prepaid up to 2004, so I got a good chunk of change back.

I was disgusted with the demise of Musclecar Review, especially when I received the ridiculous letter from Hot Rod advising me that "everything you found in MCR, you will find in Hot Rod and more". I immediately wrote the editor of Hot Rod and requested a refund of my subscription on a pro rata basis. Surprisingly, I received a full refund within three weeks. Hope this helps someone out.

I received the Hot Rod replacement, my subscription is paid for two more years and I will probably let it go until it expires.
