REPRODUCTIONS that HeartBeat City sells for $450/Pair ???? What/How/Where can they be judged as reproductions ???? Letter, Number, Font Size ??? Thanks

I think D&R makes them.

Are they all dated the same? Seems like they are all dated late May, 1969.

Lynn, I dont care about dates, because they cant be seen and dates on
exhaust manifold arent judged on 2nd Gens at The Camaro Natl's (ISFAIK). What I do care about is what if anything can be SEEN that is different. First thing that comes to mind is the Font Shape/Size on the Letter/Numbers that can be seen ???? I was sent these by a man who bought a pair and wants to sell me the 826 Im looking for............ I'm guessing no one that has these Heart Beat City repro manifolds installed on their $100K 69 Z28 wants to admit it...." Let Sleeping Dogs Lie"

The "Hugger" Brand of repro Cmaro parts was develped and owned by Steve of D&R. I have used them on some mid-level restorations over the years but cannot tell you the side by side differences.

Seems i heard there were two generations of these? The early ones had some issues and the later ones are much better? Kudos to Steve for doing these. I think they look very good, especially compared to used OEM that so many are barely there due to rust and still command high prices. The internals on these did require some clean-up with the die grinder IMO. Not a big deal by any means.
