I am helping some friends with a local speed shop sell off some inventory. We have a lot of engines, blocks, heads and other drive-train parts for sale. Some of what they have for sale is on the Ebay auctions.

I am going to list a L78 396 / 375 engine / heads / intake... All date coded Nov / Dec 1968 looking for $2,700 for that. All good condition and standard bore on the block.

We don't have any of the heads listed yet but they have about 100 sets of big block heads.

Please correct me if I am wrong but isn't the VIN for a 68? The 68/69 427 could have the same block casting number.
