A Restored 1930's Auto Shop
Hi everyone. Since It's nasty weather most everywhere right now, spend some time with your computer and take a look at the following link. I think you'll find it rather interesting and somewhat different. It's 23 pages long right now and I'm adding to it almost daily.

Well, I never was in the building before the renovation but I was privileged to visit last year and can sum it up in four words; "Thomas, I hate you!"
  It's a fantastic place and Mr. Payne has kept the spirit and soul of the building alive. I could live in that place and be very happy. Great job Tom!  Hope to see you in a few weeks.

[/ QUOTE ] Dennis, Verne tells me he'll get it all set up so it will happen. I too am looking forward to seeing the " Springfield clan " again. When you come back here for your " annual " visit you'll get to see the new barn this time. Maybe the tool shed also if I haven't cleaned it all out by then. Thomas

And we even proved it's a good shop for working on boats! I have reliable information that the next visit will be someone's birthday too.

Until you have seen it in person, words cannot describe. Awesome place and just an amazing amount of work to get it to that point. The lawn art was the best!
I hope you guys don't have your hopes to high when you see my shop. Right now it is strictly a working shop without out that neat stuff inside. Maybe when we build the assembly shop at the farm I can do something like this.

WOW! That was a LOT of work Thomas!
 Kudos to you, your son and your friend! You did a GREAT job with that shop and I love how you integrated some of the old signs and things into the new shop.
