Looking for a part that goes on the rear Bumper at the bottom under the tail light, the tailight housing slips into this part and then has 2 bolts at the top.

Thanks for the pic, Rick. That is the part I need, the white plasic piece bolted to the bottom of the bumper that the Tail light housing slips in to.
