Has anyone seen one of these before. It is a battery powered Power Bird made by a company by the name Manx. It is a pretty cool toy. It has a pedal that you push with you foot to engage the electric motor.

I haven't seen anything like this, but Manx was well known for making fiberglass dune buggies with VW drivetrain. I owned one in sparkly metallic green.

Are you sure it isn't Marx instead of Manx? Marx made a ton of toys in the 60's, like the "Big Wheel" tricyle for kids.

Wow!! Flash back!! My brother and I had one growing up in the early 70's. We used ours up though!!
Broke alot of things around the house pushing each other in it when the battery was dead. ![]()
