Default Limerick Classic Cars AKA Rotting Hot Rods!

[b] Route 422 is a four lane highway that runs from the outskirts of Philly up to Reading, Pa.
I had seen the front of this lot many times driving 422, but in trying to find it had always wound up
in a maze of dead end dirt roads. I was stopping at a new outlet store job site near by and
gave it another shot. I spent an hour there the other day and never saw another person.
As there was no one to ask I'll give you my best guesses as to what you are looking at.

[b] Hot Rod 41 Ford - front & rear nerf bars, huge shackle lifts and a Pontiac engine. The interior had
mounts for bucket seats and what looked like a Fenton shifter.

[b] This '49 Chevy was sitting in front of a home about a mile away - real fifties style,
a 4 door made to look like a 2 door with a suicide knob, beer tap shifter, curb feelers ,
Moon Eye's behind the front wheelwells etc. -
But check out the back yard!! There was all kinds of stuff back there!

The 61 could become a Strickler/Jenkins tribute car. Looks to be the correct color. I know exactly where that place is. Never see anyone around. Nice pictures! Sam

Now that you say that, it looks like the Gatti Automotive car in the background of this shot.

Been there many times - but only in the winter, no bees or p-ivy. Several of those cars were brought in this spring. That 'velle 'vert was from Reedman Chev. It's a tricky place to find

I guess the '69 GTO is gone? It was dusk blue, blue gut, a/t, but rotted out

I can see alphanumerics on the pix of the stamp pad from the lower left of the pad slanting toward the upper right.
