Need Help Deciphering Trim Tag for 1969 Nova SS

I need some help deciphering the body trim tag on the firewall of my 1969 Nova SS big block car. Here is what the trim tag shows:

1st Line: ST 69 11427 WRN201339 BDY
2nd Line: TR 733 10 10 PNT
3rd Line: OJB A 3

If anyone can help me interpret the above trim tag data on my 1969 Nova SS, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.
