What does a Delco Remy voltage regulator part # 1119 and a 515 stamped below it fit.

That's it.
And used on nearly every GM vehicle including trucks from 1968-72. Look under the "12V N" stamp for a date code near your vehicle assembly date. A 9C would stand for 1969,March.
