I'm not sure - I have a Baldwin file I keep all shots and articles in. I may have picked them up off this site at some time, or while surfing

It was in one of the muscle car mags back in the 80s.. I've not seen a hint of it since. I'm sure someone on here knows it's whereabouts

Thanks for the photo's guys, does anybody know of anyone who makes the grille and rear header panel emblem that says SS427? for a 68 chevelle, i have a real 138 car but it has a 427 in it not a 396

68 Impala SS427 is the original application for the emblem. So they are made by GM. They are on Ebay often.

Ed, The owners of this car sent it to the junk yard in the mid to early eighties after some vandals busted out the front windshield while it was sitting in their yard.
