Poor guy probably nearly fainted. You let him stew 33 minutes to boot. Now, was that a nice thing to do?

Here's a couple options:
http://www.vintagethunderbirdclub.org/ http://thunderbirdtalk.com/tbtalk/index.php Here's a couple of good Y block (272,292,312) engine sites: http://www.y-blocksforever.com/ http://www.y-blocksforever.com/ And this is probably on mr70's bookmarks, its a website dedicated to both attempts to recapture that retro spirit, the new-millenium baby birds AND the late, lamented, and largely forgotten Chrysler TC. http://www.portholeauthority.com/ |

I will start doing my homework on these cars... particularly the 57. A relative of mine has one in her garage and it's been there since the sixties. It needs some restoration, but what caught my eye was the (2)Holley 4 barrel set up. She said it was the way she bought it from a used car lot around 1962. I am beginning to like this Ford.
Thank you for the links. Tony |
