Is there a site like this for the early Thunderbirds?

There was,but they shut down for awhile, then redesigned the site to make it look retro, then nobody logged on so they shut down again.

Poor guy probably nearly fainted. You let him stew 33 minutes to boot. Now, was that a nice thing to do?

Here's a couple options:
http://www.vintagethunderbirdclub.org/
http://thunderbirdtalk.com/tbtalk/index.php

Here's a couple of good Y block (272,292,312) engine sites:
http://www.y-blocksforever.com/
http://www.y-blocksforever.com/

And this is probably on mr70's bookmarks, its a website dedicated to both attempts to recapture that retro spirit, the new-millenium baby birds AND the late, lamented, and largely forgotten Chrysler TC.

I will start doing my homework on these cars... particularly the 57. A relative of mine has one in her garage and it's been there since the sixties. It needs some restoration, but what caught my eye was the (2)Holley 4 barrel set up. She said it was the way she bought it from a used car lot around 1962. I am beginning to like this Ford.

Thank you for the links.

Tony
