Default Need Casting Numbers Help

I just picked up a set of brake calipers and need to verify the casting numbers. The numbers are 5456008 on one side of the caliper and 5455946 on the other. Both calipers have the same numbers. Should there be a difference in the right and left calipers?
Thank you, James

Thanks for the link. According to what they said, the calipers I have are the correct ones.
