May of you looked at the COPO Chevelle stamped engine in the parking lots at SCR9. The engine had a Leeds VIN. I was under the impression that all the COPO Chevelles were built at the Baltimore plant. Any opinions on the engine?

They weren't all built at Baltimore Charlie. Mine was built at Fremont California plant.

I was looking at Ed C.'s list and it only showed COPO Chevelles from Baltimore. Sounds like yours is one of the few from CA like the lone COPO Camaro from Van Nuys.

I would think there were quite a few in Cali....this just happens to be the only one known to date.
