That's why they drink and drive in the first place, cuz they have done so much damage to their brains and are idiots. After having two family members killed by D.U.I. drivers in separate incidents, I think I can say that.

I can't remember which it is but one of the Central or South American countries has a policy of the death penalty with immediate execution for the first offense in DUI cases. The average annual DUI arrest rate is 2 per year as a result.

I think he is saying you get EXECUTED for your first DUI offense! Therefore you don't ever get the chance for the second offense! That is why there are only 2 DUI offenses per year PERIOD! Not 2 per person! Damn those folks don't mess around!Sure sounds like a good way to keep the drinking and driving to a bare minimum.Now don't get me wrong there is not anything wrong with drinking! Hell I have done my share in the past! Come to think of it I probably done all you guys share too! LOL But I take a firm stand against drinking and driving!It is not the right thing to do period.And I bet that guy in the video just got a headache and that was it,anyone else that would fall like that would probably have broken there neck!And I think they are going to need more than a little spackling to patch that hole in the wall!

Singapore maybe? I installed a network over there a few years back. They cut your hand off for stealing! It was wild. Because of the time change, I could not sleep and went out at 3am their time looking for coffee. All of the open air shops had their wares out in the open, no locked doors.

Of course, there was jail time if you got caught chewing gum (it is outlawed there).
