Are you sure it's an oil pressure gauge? Back then NHRA (and maybe other bodies) required the fuel pressure gauge to be mounted outside the passenger compartment. Usually, when there was only one outside, that's what it was. As for the cup, I'm sorry - I can't help. Verne |

I would assume the cup was mostly decoration, especially to hide the ugly rear of the gauge for outside mounting. Being pointed I suppose there might be an aerodynamic advantage. There would have to be holes in the bottom of the cup for wires or lines to the gauge. This may be what you're looking for. It's from a 1968 Midwest catalog. No brand name is mentioned but everything else in the column is S/W. ![]() Verne ![]() |

The old style 'Miller' chrome 50's/60's bicycle lamps are really similar to these w/ I think 2-1/2" lens? . I found some on eBay a few years ago as they were the sourced factory headlamp on the '60-'62 SkiDoo tincab snowmachines. .
