Need help in San Diego

I have located a 69Z in San Diego, the guy is not sure of the value....i gave him a run thru of what i thought it needed based on the some pics - he asked if i knew of someone that could appraise it for him to help him determine the value.

From this he and I will go from there...anyone on the site i can talk to that would be interested that can do this that is in the SD area? Time and expenses paid. let me know please.
