This block came form a car that a very a famous person once had a ride in!! The buyer obviously appreciates the rarity and historical value of the part..

I promised the Justice Dept I wouldn't tell, but since we're among friends;....this engine came from the car they used to take Jimmy Hoffa's body to NJ. Go Giants!

It's a #351 block which will likely end up restamped in a '67 vette. Those blocks seem to bring big numbers.

------Do you guys see the shadow stamps??? Look close, either the holder bounced a bit or the first numbers were not completely removed. Im guessing its "holder bounce" myself. What I can see of the shadow figures are similar to the stamped figures, just offset to the high right a bit.
------This block probably has more value than that to a 67 Vette owner. Hey!!! some of the 435 cars are bringing in excess of $200,000 and above even without the original motors but with "good" paperwork. Life in the fast lane.........Bill S
