1968 pop?
On my pop book it has the holes at the top with the sn.notice the 6 in 124678 at the top, is it just missing some dots.has anyone seen this before.thanks.

Compare the bad 6 (4th from right) with the good 6 (5th from left). The 4th from right doesn't even look like a number... has holes in "wrong" places...
