69 'velle "L78" Two Tone
Came across this "Blue" Chevelle on ebay:
'69 velle "two tone" ebay Here is the cowl tag:  The "61 63" on the cowl tag would be a Champagne over Burnished Brown two tone paint ("Chevelle Stuff" web site)! Don't see many of those around.  Sam
