2005 Kirkland (near Seattle, WA) Car Show Pics

I shot these pics during setup earlier today. I had to stop after 100 or so cars when my camera battery gave up. Allegedly, 600-700 cars showed up. This is a really nice friendly and well organized annual local show, lots of cool cars, nice venue. Sam Besser and I took our 67 Camaros.

Man that was a fun show, right downtown with all the restaurants shops and bars open! Always shade on one side of the street or the other..saw CamarosRUs, but where was Budnate and 427TJ?

I shoulda' taken my Camaro to Kirkland today but the whole family went hiking up near Mt. Rainier instead. Gotta' take advantage of the good weather up here in the PNW! (Not like Bruce down there in Phoenix where there's a car show every weekend, all year 'round. Sheesh!)

I had the family reunion picnic to attend I had forgotten about..

and just as we got there I received a call on a car I had been chasing and the seller was finally going to get over to where the car was stored at.. will post some pics later...

Really wanted to go, had a great time at this show last year.

LaDonna had a complete knee replacement 2 weeks ago which has slowed us down a little. She is recovering very rapidly so we will be back on the circuit. Also means I will be relieved of a lot of the domestic chores!!
