Default Picked up the 69 RS Z-28 this morning

Sent the kids to grandma's yesterday. Left the house at 0-dark-hundred this morning with the wife (who was NOT happy) to go to Mississippi and pick up the Z. Stopped by granny's on the way home and picked up the rugrats, then on home. My wife said she felt like Sanford and Son.

In any case, it is way HOT here today (Good ole' nawlins) so I just slid er off the trailer and am waiting for it to cool off.

I took a few quick pics with the PDA, once it cools I'll make a few more with the real camera.

Also, the Trim Tag is a X-33 (no D80) and there was no rear spolier on the car. I know the cowl hood was an option (this one has the flat hood) but I guess the spoiler was as well? Any thoughts?

DZ stamping on the carb. Found the base for the air cleaner in the trunk.
Edit:
(guess this one is a bit blurry, I'll take a better one later)

There's nothing like a project to get your blood flowing again! That one's mint compared to this old thing I found in 1981 in a junkyard! Enjoy the project and give us more autopsy photos as you take them.
