Looking for I.D on Carter AFBs, believe to be 2X4 set-up. 3646 AK3, 3645 AJ3. Any help would be great, these were on a 62-4 409 intake??

Got any friends with a 64 Buick Riviera? That's what they came off of originally. The dates translate to Sept/Oct 63.
