Default edelbrock TR1-X questions & pics

i'm going for that old school day 2 look on my 72 chevy camaro ss.the first question is will this intake work with a HEI distributor or is there any interference issues.also if anyone has pics of a sbc in the 70's with this intake i would appreciate it.i'm looking for pics or information of fuel line routing,linkage install an air cleaners used back then. thanks

Hi Chuck,
I don't know if the HEI will fit on that intake, but if you really want to look "old school" you might want to try one of Dave's HEI distributors, built into a non-HEI small body distributor. Here is a link to his web site - click here
Another option is to go with Pertronix, I understand their first series has a better reputation than their second series, others on the board can speak from experience.
