I've seen this car on ebay multiple times, and the car has never sold. AMC Javelin
I've had photos of my car up here on the site, the 1976 Motion schemed Camaro (not a true Motion), and was wondering what everyone's thoughts would be on a trade for this vehicle. It has a 360 w/4 sp., whereas mine has a 305 w/turbo 350. Basically I'm after something different, and something that has a little more "balls" than a 305. The guy would take an even trade for my car, but I still feel that mine's worth more. What do you think? I already tried to see if he'd throw in a couple bucks and he said he wouldn't. I don't know if It's worth it. Enclosed is a pic of my car if you haven't seen it already.

I took a quick look at the AMC pics. The underhood and interior shots show some pretty sloppy workmanship. I would think long and hard about a car like that. Would pass on it myself.

No offense but that AMC looks like a real turd compared to your Camaro. If you want more balls for your car swap in a 350 or a stroker. I'd pass on that AMC for sure.

If you are bored, just put a more ballsy engine in your Camaro.

There is no way I'd give up that Camaro for one of those. The Camaro looks way better, and go-fast parts are easy to swap in there. If you traded, you'd be taking a giant leap backwards, and would probably regret it later. Allen (parial to 2nd gen. Camaros, and had a 75, 77, and 78 Z-28 Camaro at one time or another to keep the Nova company over the years)

Keep the Camaro. If the Javelin was as clean as your Camaro, then I'd consider it, but that AMC is a BEAST!

Thanks for the opinions guys . . . It made me realize that I wasn't thinking too clearly.
Does anyone know where I can get my hands on a '69 Camaro? I know it's stereotypical, but I really want a '69. A 4 speed would be cool in that! I am somewhat bored with my car, and it's due to the lack of horsepower. Suffised to say, I have absolutely no money to beef up my Camaro (It all went to the looks); all show and no go. Quite some time ago I missed out on an auction for a '69, I think the price was around $3800, and it was even in Wisconsin! I had just bought my car at the time, and there was no way my mother would let me have 2 cars, so I missed out. Here's some pics of it . . .
