Default edelbrock sbc scorpion intake

recently i picked up this manifold from a buddy of mine.my question is ,it has a small casting flaw or hole in between two runners on the right front of the intake.i can't see thru the hole or not able to feel air pressure thru it. do i leave it alone and chance it and install it on my motor or do i have the hole filled.i don't want an ugly tig weld that won't match the original casting. so what's your opinion
