Does anyone have any idea what the CT decodes? Im guessing it may be out of a truck? My Chevrolet by the numbers book has no CT code listed. Again thanks for the help.

A CT coded TH400 is a servce replacement.Ala CE engine Blocks as well.
C=Chevrolet T=Transmission What are all your numbers and letters stamped after this code? |

Looks to me like the sheet above lists "CT" as a truck application.

Yes that is possible to.
That is why I asked for more info. of what is stamped after it,if anything. If it is on the passenger side aluminum tag,then it is a Truck application.If it is stamped on the VIN pad on Drivers side,then it is a Service replacement and will have 5-6 digits after it. |
