ZL1 Colors (from old board)
How many different colors did the ZL1 camaros come in.I am told they were only black is this true.
Thanks Bobby There are 8 colors listed on ED's COPO site for the ZL1 Camaro. Yenko Chevelle had 8 colors and Yenko Camaro had 6. It may have had somthing to do with the way the cars were ordered because all colors are not available at any given assembly time.

Gibbs' 50 consisted of 5 groups of 10 cars:
4 automatics and 6 4-speeds in Dusk blue, Fathom green, Cortez silver, Le Mans blue and Hugger orange. The other 19: 3 Dover white, 2 Garnet red, 2 Fathom green, 2 Cortez silver, 2 Le Mans blue, 5 Hugger orange, 2 Daytona yellow. The #61 car is thought to be Dover white but this has never been substantiated.
