Default Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers First Saturday Night Cruise May 17, 2025

While Pavilions is shut down for the summer, the folks at Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers moved their Tuesday night cruise to Saturday night. They secured a lot to the side of their restaurant with about 75-80 spots. The actual turn out far exceeded 75-80 cruisers. Since cars were scatted all over the shopping center, there was no way I could gauge how many came.

I'll have to get used to shooting in this lot. The spaces are smaller. If you are wondering, this location is on Shea Blvd and the 101. I had a burger and an iced tea and they were awesome.

Let's get started.

Bought some new rear tires earlier this week!

This was one of the spill over lots.

um, OK then.... Didn't know Vagisil sponsored cars.

This was in the main parking lot

She was having an awesome time!

That's all for today. When temps start climbing well over 100*, we'll see how many old cars come out.

I'll certainly try my best. If I show up at this cruise one Saturday and there's just a bunch of wrapped late model stuff there, I probably won't shoot anything.

Thanks Rick. Love the Edsel 'Fire Dept.' car...when I was a kid growing up in North Aurora, IL, the Police Chief had an Edsel to patrol in. We used to joke about it even back then when it was new!

I've been to Portillo's at Shea & Loop 101 many times and never saw this place before.

That early Hemi Barracuda looked like it could be a serious piece.

Any guess at how many Snow Bird's have left that were showing cars during the WINTER !!!

Having never lived in "The Valley Of The Sun" I cant understand why
people would want to be hanging out for anything with temps over 100 degrees

Dont most of the Golfers get started at Sun Up
